Daniel has been active in consultation for grants for more than 20 years. During his time as a consultant and project manager, he has contributed to the preparation, implementation and management of investment projects with a total value exceeding CZK 100 billion. He’s an expert on European funds and project management. He focuses on specialist investment advice in the industry, environment, and energy sectors.

Management and coordination of the firm as the company agent, sales representative, project manager, and coach. She is involved in support for industrial production; crop and livestock primary production; local authorities; research and development; innovation; energy projects; the environment; multinational cooperation; and drawing from Brussels funds. She has worked in grant consulting since 2002.

Dalibor specialises in infrastructure and business investment projects. As a project solver, he primarily coordinates and supervises the preparation of applications and the related attachments, and advises on project technical solutions. He has worked in grant consulting since 2005.

Pavel specialises in projects focused on production development and technology innovation, effective energy management and the development of energy infrastructure. His task is primarily the initial discussion of a client’s plan and setting up the commercial relationship. He has worked in grant consulting since 2005.
 

Renata is responsible for the company’s operative management, the coordination of activities in the company, and the management of the consultant team. She is an expert and professional in opportunity analysis, project management, financial and business plan implementation, feasibility studies, and strategic development documents for the business sector. She is responsible for optimum project setup from the viewpoint of drawing government subsidies and EU grants in accordance with a client’s project plan. She handles the comprehensive processing, administration and implementation of projects in OP KŽP, OP VaI a PRV. She has worked in grant consulting since 2015.

Martin specialises in projects focused on production development and technology innovation, effective energy management and the development of energy infrastructure. His task is primarily the initial discussion of a client’s plan and setting up the commercial relationship. He has worked in grant consulting since 2001.

Jozef has worked in project management since 2003 and has a great deal of specialist experience from the pre-accession funds and EU structural funds. He has a perfect understanding of business issues, giving him a unique viewpoint when analysing business plans, marketing and client controlling. In addition to sales, he is involved in the creation of business plans, the preparation of economic analyses, as well as checks of the project implementation process. He has worked in grant consulting since 2003, when he started as a project manager and consultant at the Regional Development Agency.

Karel specialises in investment projects based on applied research and development, and is an expert on innovation and the policy to support innovation and applied research and development of the EU and the Czech Republic. He has worked in grant consulting since 1997.

Jiřina specialises in projects focused on the energy and environment sectors. During preparations for grant applications, she is responsible for preparing attachments and cooperation on attachments provided by the client, communicates with the client about problem resolution related to application preparation, and obtains the necessary data for the preparation of an application, and handles the completion and handover of the finished work. She has worked in grant consulting since graduating from university in 2016.

Štěpán provides cooperation during the preparation of applications for grants and all mandatory attachments. During preparations for grant applications, he is responsible for preparing attachments, and cooperating on attachments delivered by the client. He has worked in grant consulting almost since completing university in 2020.

In a solution team, Ladislav will be the senior specialist for grant programmes. As part of his position, he will ensure compliance between projects and programmes, will process analyses of programmes, and will bring recommendations for alterations to individual programmes. He has worked in grant consulting since 1999.

Branislav is a professional and expert on the public administration and business sectors. At the company, he is responsible for the optimum setup of projects from the viewpoint of grant programme options and client plans. He primarily focuses on investment projects in the public administration, environment, and energy sectors. He handles the comprehensive processing, administration and implementation of PRV, OP KŽP, IROP, OP VaI a OPSL projects.

Marie provides cooperation during the preparation of applications for grants and all mandatory attachments. During preparations for grant applications, she is responsible for preparing attachments, and cooperating on attachments delivered by the client. She has worked in grant consulting since 2020. She previously specialised in investment incentives.

Simona provides cooperation during the preparation of applications for grants and all mandatory attachments. During preparations for grant applications, she is responsible for preparing attachments, and providing cooperation on attachments delivered by the client. She has worked in grant consulting since 2007.

Michaela provides cooperation during the preparation of applications for grants and all mandatory attachments. During preparations for grant applications, she is responsible for preparing attachments, and cooperating on attachments delivered by the client. She has worked in grant consulting since 2021.

She has been working in the field of project management since 2015. In the company, she is responsible for the analysis of opportunities, setting up projects in terms of possibilities and clients' intentions. It ensures complex processing, administration and implementation of projects. She works in the area of PRV, OP KŽP, Environmental Fund, Modernization Fund and the Recovery Plan.

Ladislav specialises in tender proceedings, and the administration and implementation of grant projects. As a senior project consultant he will primarily coordinate the course of tender proceedings and project administration, and ensure that the projects and grant programmes are harmonised. He has worked in grant consulting since 2009.

Katarína has been involved in project management since 2008 and has a wealth of professional experience from EU structural funds. At the company, she handles the comprehensive management of grant projects in the public administration sector - OP KŽP, IROP, PRV.

Viktória has a wealth of experience in public procurement. She has also done a great deal of work in the energy sector. She works as an advisor for the handling and administration of tender proceedings within the meaning of Act No 343/2015, on public procurement and on the amendment of some other laws. She handles public procurement processes, arranges expert reports, and deals with any appeal mechanisms. She has worked in grant consulting since 2016.

Miroslava specialises in tender proceedings, and the administration and implementation of grant projects in the energy and environment sectors. As a project solver she will primarily ensure compliance between the tender proceedings, the subsequent administration, and the conditions of the relevant grant programme. She has worked in grant consulting since 2012.

Zuzana specialises in tender proceedings, and the administration and implementation of grant projects in town and municipality development and social housing. As a project solver she will primarily ensure compliance between the tender proceedings, the subsequent administration, and the conditions of the relevant grant programme. She has worked in grant consulting since 2008.

Gabriela specialises in tender proceedings, and the administration and implementation of grant projects in development and improving the competitive environment. As a project solver she will primarily ensure compliance between the tender proceedings, the subsequent administration, and the conditions of the relevant grant programme. She has worked in grant consulting since 2020.

As a project solver she will primarily ensure compliance between the tender proceedings, the subsequent administration, and the conditions of the relevant grant programme. She has worked in grant consulting since 2014.

Viktória has handled office management for the company since 2019. She deals with internal administration and the company’s day-to-day operations, and communicates with suppliers, customers and the authorities. She provides the foundation for sales activities and support for the company management.
