Individual grant programmes contain a number of rules and requirements concerning the projects and the entities requesting the grants. In the first step, we check all these requirements and select the ideal path for further preparation.

For the processing of the actual grant projects, the investment plans need to be prepared in more detail. The Preparation service includes:

   * Assembling the basic idea and concept for a grant project, taking into account the terms and conditions of the grant programme, the client’s needs, the advisor’s experience, and future sustainability.

   * Working up the details of the grant project – the project’s aims and output, activities, links to the client and project partners, the project team, the framework budget and grant, the schedule, and a risk analysis.

   * Maximising the project’s match to a grant programme and its assessment criteria.

Our basic service includes all the activities related to preparing a grant application and its attachments:

   * Processing the grant application, including attachments and their administration in an electronic system.

   * Creation of a business plan as the main attachment to an application, including an economic analysis or risk analysis.

   * Cooperation with other suppliers of specific and other specialist application attachments.

   * Submission of a formally perfect and, in material terms, the best possible grant application for evaluation, followed by monitoring of the evaluation process.

Individual grant programmes have various requirements for application attachments. We are ready to arrange the preparation of energy assessments, expert research, project documentation, water audits and other necessary documents.

If tender proceedings are part of the implementation, we handle the complete administration:

   * Selecting the correct procedure, preparing for the announcement, and all administrative tasks.

   * Preparing tender documentation and assessment criteria.

   * Announcing the tender proceedings, and handling the process for the submission of bids and their assessment.

   * Completing documentation and providing assistance during checks on the tender proceedings.

The formally correct implementation of grant projects is necessary for the actual drawing of grant funds. We therefore arrange for clients:

   * The initial setup of the implementation processes in the client’s structure, support for compliance with all grant beneficiary obligations, and optimisation of relations.

   * Monitoring of project implementation, completing documentation, dealing with change proceedings, attendance at inspections.

   * Preparing applications for payment and documenting mandatory project indicators.

   * Monitoring the sustainability period for grant projects.
